Reset your FirstClass 70 Earbuds

1. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find "Back Bay FirstClass 70 " and click "Forget This Device" or "Unpair"
2. Remove the earbuds from their case
3. Press and hold the “B” logo on each earbud for 10 full seconds until you see a white light quickly flashes three times on each bud
4. Lift your fingers, then press and hold again for 10 full seconds until the white light flashes two times quickly
5. Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid for 10 seconds
6. Remove the earbuds from the case and you should see "Back Bay FirstClass 70" in your phone's bluetooth menu
7. If you don’t see it in your Bluetooth menu, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again
