FirstClass50: Reset to Default Settings - Fix Connection Issues

 

  1. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “Back Bay FirstClass 50” and click “Forget this Device” or “Unpair”
  2. Open the lid of the case and keep the earbuds in the case
  3. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for 7 full seconds until you see a green light flash on the earbuds
  4. Close the case for 5 seconds
  5. Open the case and remove the earbuds. You should see “Back Bay FirstClass 50” in your phone’s Bluetooth menu

If you don’t see it in your Bluetooth menu, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again
